Many fans are claiming that BCCI has left the team to perish without proper communication. It is anticipated that the BCCI should send Prithvi Shaw as a replacement. Even Shaw is busy with the team led by Shikhar in Columbo. He has to perform against Sri Lanka.

Because the BCCI is not saying anything clearly both the teams in England as well as Sri Lanka are under stress about losing players. Even the BCCI president Saurav Ganguly called out the detectors about no replacement.

Although netizens are claiming that it is the duty of Ganguly as well as the selectors to provide a replacement for injured players. Ganguly said that sending a replacement is the course of the selection committee of the Board of Control of Cricket in India.

There were two suggested replacements for Gill, Prithvi Shaw, and Devdutt Padikkal. But because both of them have joined the team to confront Sri Lanka the replacement is on hold.
